Create an extractive summary in your browser, choose the length, and compare every selected sentence with the source.
Your checked result will appear here.
Extractive summarization selects source sentences. It does not invent a transition, rewrite a quotation or silently strengthen a claim.

The method is deterministic and deliberately modest. The same input and length setting produce the same result.
Sentence boundaries are detected after whitespace is normalized.
Common stop words are ignored so recurring subject terms carry more weight.
Term frequency and a small position signal determine which source sentences are selected.
Selected sentences return in their original order so the result remains easier to audit.
This fixture is stored with the product test. It is not a fabricated customer result.
The pilot tested 120 documents. Average handling time fell from 18 minutes to 11 minutes. Scanned PDFs were excluded. The team will test OCR documents before a full rollout.

The exclusion of scanned PDFs was not selected. That missing qualifier is why the context check below matters.
A sentence can be copied exactly and still lose meaning when its qualifier is left behind.
Can the reader still tell what changed or what is being proposed?
Are the number, sample and supporting observation still attached to the claim?
Did the summary keep exclusions, uncertainty, dates and conditions that matter?
Is the requested follow-up still clear, or did shortening remove it?
Use a human rewrite when the result needs synthesis across distant passages, simpler vocabulary or a new structure.
